Tri-Five Chevys seem to always stand out as cool cars or hot rods, particularly the convertibles. They are just not around very often, and more times than not, it is the '57 drop top that we see. So when a '55 convertible with Pennsylvania plates rolls into the Tailpipes & Tacos cruize located in Katy, Texas, we had to check it out.
Donna O'Dey joins the crew this segment with her story about how her father bought the car new, taught her and her siblings how to drive in it, and then when he passed away, Donna brought the car to Texas. So while it is technically a two owner car, it is all one family!
Over in our feature segment, Michael Marrs is looking at banned race cars. This week, he found the 'Jumping Jack' Dragster that did some match racing before heading out to the one and only NHRA sanctioned event where it made one official pass before being banned on the spot!
